How it works…
Initial Assessment
We inspect your roofs and add them to your personal online portfolio and grade them on an A to F scale. You will receive a Roof Condition Report (see sample below) with photos and videos of deficiencies and the cost to repair each item. Budgeting made easy.
Routine Inspections
Performed on a schedule of your choosing based on your goals. Annually, Bi-annually, or Quarterly.
Preventive Maintenance
Your Roof Condition Report points out the most pressing deficiencies and will guide you on the areas of your roof that need attention first. Dispatch an SHC Roofing service team from your computer, phone, or tablet to perform the repairs. Maintenance made easy.
